AMWAND USAGE: HOW TO USE FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS

AMwand can be used in 3 modalities (ways) 1) Wanding – Circular clockwise rotation pointing to the energy centers (Chakras), 2) Acupressure at meridian points and 3 Tapping. Individuals can combine one or more modalities in order to bring about the desired results.

1. AMWand Wanding

Point the AMwand to the person, animal, affected area, or food and rotate clockwise in even, rhythmic circles for any number of seconds or minutes. This action of rotating your wand in a clockwise direction is called “Wanding”.

2. Acupressure with AMwand

Acupressure at meridian points and Chakra points using the Tip of the AMWand. Refer to the AMwand booklet for Meridian points.

3. EFT Tapping with AMwand

Using the AMwand Tip and lightly tapping on certain points on our body to release and balance energy.

HOW TO SELF-WAND

Self-Wanding is a way of relaxation, self-healing, and even considered as an active meditation. Self-Wanding can be done at any time and recommended in the morning and before bed. It takes about 5 – 10 minutes only.

Preparation: Remove footwear and have your feet flat on the surface (remove any electrical device like mobile, Bluetooth, etc from the body). Sit comfortably or stand, hold the Wand in one hand with the tip pointing towards you. Close your eyes, count down from 6 to 1, and start the Wanding as follows:- (watch the video on Self-wanding and review the steps & points )

ACUPRESSURE WITH AWAND

AMWAND ACUPRESSURE

The meridian system is a concept in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is a pathway through which the life force energy known as “Ki” or “Chi” flow within the body. Meridians exist in corresponding pairs and each meridian has many acupuncture points along its path.

The Meridian system is considered as an energetic distribution network that in itself helps in energetic manifestation. Meridians can be best understood as a process rather than a structure.

AMwand Acupressure

Press for about 3 seconds – release for about 3 seconds.

This stage is also known as “Acupressure healing with AMwand”. Refer to the booklet attached with your AMwand (see below), which shows various meridian points of the body.
Point the AMwand at the meridian point which requires healing or rejuvenation, use the tip of the AMwand and apply slight pressure on the meridian points with intervals (3 seconds pressure, then release for 3 seconds, and continue the same for several times).Tip: In some points use your finger to identify the point before applying acupressure with AMwand and You may also choose to Wand the points instead of acupressure.

EFT TAPPING WITH AMWAND

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) with AMwand

TCM confirms that there are 14 energy pathways in our bodies called energy meridians. All of our negative emotions, like anxiety, hurt, anger, shame and so on, are due to a disturbance in one or more of these energy meridians.

These energy disturbances are linked to memories of painful events. When we think of this memory, this memory association gets activated creating a distrubance, which then causes the negative, painful emotions.

EFT Works by Clearing the Energy Disturbances

EFT works by intentionally activating an energy disturbance by thinking about a painful memory. While the energy disturbance is activated, you tap with the Amwand on a set of 10 easily learned acupuncture points in order to clear out the energy disturbance in the affected meridians. As the disturbance gets cleared through the tapping, you will experience your negative emotions actually drain away

EFT with AMwand is an effective way to eliminate or reduce negatives emotions, disempowering beliefs, negative thoughts, bad habits, fear, and much more.
